With 4 ink jet addressing systems Target can handle all of your mailing needs whether a single large mailing or several small mailings. Our addressing systems are also equipped with the ability to apply live postage stamps and/or wafer seal your folded mailers.

Personalized Laser Printing

There is nothing more personal than receiving a personalized letter. With Target's mail merge and printing capabilities it has never been easier to make that personal one on one contact with your audience.

Inserting

Speed, consistency, and accuracy are what you get with Targets Inserting department. With our machine inserting equipment we can insert up to 12 different items into several sizes of envelopes. We also have the ability to insert envelopes as large as 9X12.

If your job requires a more personal touch we have a crew of trained professionals that will skillfully insert your mail by hand.

Printing

There is no need to spend your time juggling multiple vendors. Target Mailing has an internal print shop to provide you with a one stop shop for both your printing and mailing needs.

Data Processing

Target uses the latest technology and software to ensure you save the most money possible on your mailing project. Target's USPS certified software will correct and standardize your data and then put it in the correct order to ensure your maximum savings.

Nothing can be more costly and wasteful than mailing to duplicate addresses. Target has the ability to scan your database and remove duplicates. Target mailing's state of the art merge/purge software standardizes and corrects all possible addresses in your lists, then eliminates the true duplicates and keeps the good addresses.

We can even identify misspelled or similar names ("Robert" and "Rob" or "Robart" for example) at the same address and eliminate the duplicate.

We can give you reports showing precisely where duplicates appeared and what we eliminated.
